10. Transfer of Personal Information

10.1. The Website is operated from the Republic of South Africa (“RSA”). If you are not located here, and choose to use the Website, or provide information to us, you acknowledge and understand that your information will be transferred, processed and stored in the RSA, as it is necessary, and the RSA’s privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction.
