Sales Person

We need an individual to assist in identifying and closing new business opportunities around IT security solutions. Building and managing an individual pipeline of new business opportunities in a manner that will lead to the consistent achievement of monthly and annual sales targets will be required. Staying abreast of changes in the sphere of IT security and having a service oriented attitude will allow you to secure this position.

Junior IT Security Engineer

Nclose has a position available for a Junior IT Security Engineer in
Cape Town.


Job specification:

• Troubleshoot and resolve problems on site.
• Assist with new system deployment and regular maintenance.
• Test new solutions in a lab environment prior to deployment.
• Setup lab environments for demonstration purposes.
• Assist with the documentation of implemented solutions.
• Communicate with clients to ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
• Identify and escalate issues to senior engineers when required.

The candidate should meet the following requirements:

• A minimum of two years work experience in a technically orientated IT position.
• A good understanding of Internet Protocols, LANs, WANs and other networking fundamentals.
• Excellent troubleshooting methodologies and techniques.
• A good understanding of Microsoft desktop and server technologies including Active Directory.
• Experience with Linux and other OS's will be highly beneficial.
• Any exposure and experience with security related software, technology and systems will be beneficial.
• Client relations and communications skills will be highly beneficial.
• Have a willingness to learn.
