Stephen Osler

Stephen started his professional career in London, while working for eBookers.com, where he assisted in the growth and development of an online booking product. This marked the beginning of his passion and motivation towards IT. Being proudly South African and optimistic about our country's future, he returned in early 2004 where he joined the IT Security Industry. His first post was at a large IT Security Solutions Distributor where he spent 4 years. During this time, his IT Infrustructure and Security Solutions knowledge grew substaintially. As well as developing a deep seated focus for product perfection and client satisfaction, so too grew his determination to fulfill the market 'gap', hence his move and current involvement with Nclose. His obvious passion for customer service is easily seen in his ability to engage and establish strong relationships with the fortune companies of Southern Africa. Stephen attributes his success to holding intregity and personal growth in high regard. His vision for the future is to assist Nclose in establishing solid foundations with scope to soar.

Martin Potgieter

Martin Potgieter was born in South Africa but moved to the US at a young age. After finishing his High School he returned to South Africa and started his career in the IT industry. He quickly took a liking to Open Source technology, which complimented his Microsoft knowledge. This , combined with his passion for understanding the inner workings of technology, has given him a broad knowledge of the technologies available today.

Martin's fascination with IT Security started while he worked as a Systems Administrator at a Durban and later a Cape Town based ISP. His five years exposure in this environment revealed the threats on the Internet and the ways to mitigate these threats. Martin then moved to a specialized IT security distributor where he honed his security skills, specifically in the corporate environment. His ability to understand business requirements and implement solutions that meet these requirements has given Nclose the ability to provide solutions that exceed client expectations.
